The Colon Cleanser capsules regulate the bowel movements and cleanse the intestines. This product does contain nuts from the Black walnut, it kills parasites stuck in the gut. 

This product is best for those who experience chronic bloating, constipation, diarrhea, extreme fatigue, or eat a lot of raw fish and sushi. 

The ingredients are as follows : 

Aloe Leaf : This leaf is a natural laxative and highly effective for treating ulcers. 

Barberry Root : This herb is a laxative and anti-septic, meaning it can prevent the growth of bacteria. It is excellent for treating poor digestion.

Cascara Sagrada : This potent herb stimulates the secretion of the entire digestion system, including the liver, gallbladder, stomach, and pancreas. It is one of the safest tonic - laxative herbs known and can be used without becoming habit forming. It helps with hemorrhoids associated with poor bowel function. 

Turkey Rhubarb : Used for treating diarrhea from irritated intestines. Cleanses intestinal irritation and aids in digestion and digestive organs. 

Black Walnut : Anti-Parasitic, Anti-Fungal, and Digestive Health. 

Cleansing Goddess

This product may cause slight cramping before bowel movements depending on how backed up you are. I recommend starting with 2-3 a day taken between 7-9pm daily for one week. I do not recommend this cleanse if you are sick or in a weak state. This is not a long term cleanse. You should not take these capsules after 2 weeks of use. 

During your cleanse its best to eat healthy and stay hydrated! Listen to your body. If you feel weak then you need to take maintaining herbs like The Daily Vitamin Tea. The body is detoxing and may not have enough nutrients to replace.
